Streaming remote for SONOS
Project Brief
The project aims to design a streaming remote for a company that currently lacks one, enabling users to control streaming operations such as play/stop, skip, and device synchronization without the need for a phone app. Additionally, it should include a wall-mount solution.
SONOS is an American audio products and music systems manufacturer specializing in delivering a refined listening experience in a home environment.

Through prototyping, I could evaluate the initial mock-ups for the wall mount and assess the tactile response of the remote concepts when held in hand, ultimately guiding me to solidify the final form of the device and wall mount.
Form Exploration
While designing the remote control form, I chose to investigate and model a slightly different design, shown in white. I opted for the first design as it aligns better with the natural curvature of the hand.
